These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ERP Hubspot Technologies Private Limited, a private limited company based in Noida, India (hereinafter referred to as "ERP Hubspot," "We," "Us," or "Our"), and all users of our School ERP software and services (collectively referred to as "Client," "User," or "You"). By accessing or using our ERP solutions, you agree to abide by these Terms for a smooth, secure, and enhanced experience.
1. Introduction
ERP Hubspot Technologies provides advanced and user-friendly School ERP systems to simplify school management. Our solutions cover e-learning, admissions, payroll, attendance, reporting, and more, offering a secure, cloud-based platform to ensure operational efficiency and transparency.
We reserve the right to improve, modify, or update our products and services at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the Client to stay informed about updates to these Terms and ensure compliance.
2. Use of Services
By using our School ERP software, the Client agrees to:
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and ensure they are used only by authorized personnel.
- Use the ERP platform strictly for lawful purposes, refraining from any illegal, unethical, or harmful activity.
- Avoid sharing, misusing, or compromising their account credentials. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
3. User Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting user privacy and personal information. Our systems use encryption, secure authentication, SSL protocols, and AWS-hosted infrastructure to safeguard data against unauthorized access.
4. Payments
Clients must pay all applicable fees for implementation, training, and subscription as per the agreed terms.
- Payment may be structured on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly basis.
- Subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled before the current billing cycle ends.
- Formal notice is required for discontinuation, as outlined in the agreement.
5. Termination
ERP Hubspot reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Client’s access without notice for any breach of these Terms.
- Either party may terminate the agreement by mutual written consent.
- Immediate suspension may occur if the Client’s activities are harmful to the system or other users.
- Upon termination, Clients can download their data for the current year in MS Excel format. We will ensure delivery of usable data.
6. Indemnity
Both parties agree to indemnify and hold harmless each other from claims, losses, or damages caused by violations of these Terms.
- ERP Hubspot will indemnify the Client against legal claims involving software intellectual property or copyright disputes.
- If the Client chooses to handle such claims independently, ERP Hubspot will not be responsible for associated damages or legal fees.
7. Amendments
ERP Hubspot reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Major changes will be communicated, and it is the Client’s responsibility to review and accept the latest version.
