These terms and conditions govern the relationship between ERP Hubspot, a private limited company based in Noida, India, and its affiliates (referred to as "ERP Hubspot," "We," "Us," or "Our"), and all users (collectively referred to as "Client," "Users," or "You"). By using any of our School ERP software or services, you agree to comply with these terms for a seamless and enhanced experience.
1. Introduction
ERP Hubspot Technologies has developed one of the most sophisticated and user-friendly School ERP systems, designed to streamline school administration. This includes functionalities such as e-learning, payroll, admissions, attendance management, and more. Our cloud-based ERP software provides a one-stop platform for secure, efficient, and trouble-free school administration.
We reserve the right to make updates, modifications, or improvements to our product and services without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the users to review the updated Terms and Conditions and ensure compliance.
2. Use of Services
By accessing and using our School ERP system, the Client agrees to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of the account credentials, including usernames and passwords. The Client shall ensure that login credentials are used only by authorized personnel.
- Use the ERP system only for lawful purposes and refrain from engaging in any illegal, unethical, or harmful activities that could compromise the integrity, security, or reputation of ERP Hubspot Technologies.
- Avoid sharing, stealing, or otherwise compromising their account credentials. Any such actions will lead to immediate suspension or termination of the account, subject to investigation.
3. User Privacy and Data Protection
ERP Hubspot Technologies is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of its users. We implement robust security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, including but not limited to encryption, secure passwords, AWS, and SSL network connections.
4. Payments
The Client agrees to pay all applicable fees for using our School ERP Solutions. These fees may include one-time implementation and training charges, as well as ongoing subscription fees.
- Payment terms are defined in the agreement with the Client and may be on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly basis.
- ERP Hubspot Technologies will automatically renew the subscription unless the Client cancels the service before the end of the current term.
- If the Client intends to discontinue the service, a formal notice must be provided as per the agreed terms.
5. Termination
ERP Hubspot Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Client’s account without prior notice for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Either party may terminate this agreement by mutual written consent.
- ERP Hubspot Technologies may immediately suspend or terminate a Client’s access if any actions deemed harmful to the company or its other users are discovered.
- Upon termination, the Client has the right to download all data from the system in MS Excel format for the current year. All efforts will be made to ensure the data is handed over in a usable format.
6. Indemnity
Both parties agree to indemnify each other against any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from violations of these Terms and Conditions.
- ERP Hubspot Technologies will indemnify the Client against any legal claims related to alleged violations of copyright or intellectual property infringement regarding the Software.
- If the Client chooses to defend any claims on their own, they shall indemnify ERP Hubspot Technologies against any damages, costs, or legal fees that may arise due to such defense.
7. Amendments
ERP Hubspot Technologies reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and it is the Client's responsibility to review and accept the updated terms.
