This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds will be handled. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
Product & Service Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
- Cancellations will only be accepted within 48 hours of placing the order, provided that product dispatch or service activation has not started.
- Once software licenses are issued, training sessions are scheduled, or products are shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Refund Eligibility
- No refund will be provided for digital products such as hospital ERP modules, e-learning content, or activated subscriptions.
- Physical products (e.g., medical devices, educational kits) may be refunded only if they are returned unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.
- If the order is canceled by us due to non-availability or other reasons, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will only be processed through the original mode of payment.
Non-Refundable Items
- One-time setup, customization, or installation charges.
- Training sessions, workshops, or consulting services once delivered.
- Any consumable or perishable hospital/education products after dispatch.
- Software license keys and subscription fees once activated.
Returns & Replacement Policy
- Products must be returned in their original condition, with packaging, manuals, and all accessories intact.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
- Replacement will be provided only if the product is received in a defective or damaged condition.
- Shipping charges for returns will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Warranty & Support
- All hardware products come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty as specified at the time of purchase.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
- Software solutions include limited technical support during the subscription or warranty period.
Training & Implementation Policy
- Training fees once paid are non-refundable.
- If a client cancels a scheduled training session, rescheduling will depend on trainer availability.
- Implementation timelines may vary based on customer requirements and scope of work agreed at the time of purchase.
Exceptions
Certain products and services may carry special terms of cancellation or refund, which will be communicated at the time of purchase. Custom-built software solutions or personalized educational content are strictly non-refundable.
